Mr. Picasso focuses his practice on Natural Resources, Energy, Mining, Projects and Infrastructure, Real Estate, and Corporate Law.

At Bertrand-Galindo Barrueto Barroilhet, he has advised a broad range of local and international clients, primarily in the energy, mining, and real estate sectors, characterized by significant regulatory complexity and a strategic role in the country's infrastructure development. He has supported them in the structuring, negotiation, and execution of their projects in Chile, from the early stages of development through the closing of complex transactions, including the drafting of agreements, the design of investment vehicles, and the establishment of joint ventures and other associative structures tailored to the particularities of each activity and the profile of the investors involved. He has also conducted numerous Due Diligence processes in complex transactions of varying nature.
