Mr. Donoso focuses his professional practice on Corporate, Commercial Law, and Tax Law, as well as the development of energy-related projects and Infrastructure.

At Bertrand-Galindo Barrueto Barroilhet, he has advised a wide range of local and foreign clients from various economic sectors, in energy and mining, in the development of their projects in Chile. He has also participated in the evaluation and preparation of contracts for the development of electrical projects.
