Mr. Viteri focuses his practice on Dispute Resolution and Litigation in labor and civil matters, as well as corporate labor advisory work for large national and foreign companies.
He specializes in representing employers in complex individual and collective labor law disputes, including dismissals, protection claims for violations of fundamental rights, workplace accidents, and occupational illnesses, in addition to judicial and administrative appeals to fines issued by the Labor Inspection Authority (Inspección del Trabajo).
He has advised clients in extrajudicial negotiations and judicial proceedings before ordinary courts, Courts of Appeal, and the Supreme Court.
